Raied Hussain Ramini, CPA and CVA

Managing Director - Director of Audit and Financial Consulting

Ramini is a Certified Public Accountant (Georgia State, U.S.A - 1992) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (Utah State, U.S.A - 1996). He also holds a B.Sc. Accounting (honors) from Yarmouk University.

Professional Experience

Ramini has over fourteen years of financial consulting and audit experience.

His earlier experience at one of the big five international accounting firms in Jordan has given him vast expertise in business valuation, audit, due diligence, fraud examination and financial and accounting systems.

As a senior manager, Ramini was in charge of the audits of over hundred local and international clients. He gained extensive experience in determining the audit approach, planning the audit assignments, managing the audit team, identifying high audit risk areas, studying and evaluation of internal control structure, supervising the audit assignments, and performing all aspects of auditing.

In the course of his work, Ramini has been exposed to a wide range of clients in different industries including Central Banks, Investments, Trading, Insurance, Hospitals, Airlines, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil and gas, Hotels and Non for Profit Organizations.

Ramini acted as the Training Director at the firm and participated as an instructor in several training courses in the field of financial management, audit, accounting, Certified Internal Auditor Review Courses, financial analysis and computer audit.

In addition, he was in charge of the Quality Assurance Review at the firm.

Ramini's expertise was further nourished through his experience as the managing director of Matrix Consulting International. Since then, he has touched on almost all sectors of the industry in Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Saudi Arabia.

As a Certified Valuation Analyst, Ramini conducted valuation assignments to companies in different industries including Housing bank, Jordan Kuwait Bank, Jordan National Bank, Business Bank, Jordan Ice and Aerated Water Co (Pepsi), TBZ international, Jordan Industrial Estate Corporation, Civil Engineering and Batelco Jordan:

Ramini's audit experience included many assignments such as Royal Jordanian, Central Bank of Jordan, American Life Insurance, Jordan Electricity, Edgo Group and Jordan woolen Industries:

In addition to his audit and business valuation experience, Ramini has satisfactorily carried out many special assignments in the fields of corporate finance, fraud examination and policies and procedures.

Ramini is a member of the board of directors of the Jordanian Association of Certified Public Accountants in addition to being in charge of the technical and training committees at the association.

Ramini is also a member at the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) - Jordan.
